Well, winter 2004 looks like being dominated by that old bugbear, the development team working on a baseline that can't be agreed with the customer. This time the functionality is bolted down, but the customer has taken ownership of the interface definition process and then put it on a back burner. Anything is possible if you can agree functionality, database schemas, and interface definitions up front ... conversely, if you are reaching your drop dates without one or more of these pillars in place, you are in deep trouble.
